These are the latest updates applied to iKnow Charity in January 2023
2 Factor Authentication (2FA)
Adding another layer of security is 2 Factor Authentication. After successfully entering your email and password, 2FA will then require a code to be added before you access iKnow Charity. The code can be generated by an email to your registered address or through using Google Authenticator. To enable 2FA go to Settings > Security (only administrators can access this).
Login Attempts
Within the new security area of Settings, Administrators will be able to see failed login attempts and the usernames that were used.
